Architectural accessibility
The Tarnow Industrial Cluster Headquarter
Kochanowskiego 32, 33-100 Tarnow, Poland
The office is available to clients on weekdays from Monday do Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
There is a parking lot for clients in front of the building.
The main entrance to the building is located a few steps above the ground.
A handrail is installed next to the stairs.
Above the entrance, there is a canopy protecting against weather conditions.
The building does not provide barrier-free horizontal and vertical communication spaces.
The office in located on the ground floor, to the left of the main entrance.
The office rooms are eqipped with sound-absorbing carpets.
There are no tactile or auditory signs indicating the layout of the rooms.
It is possible to obtain information and handle matters without entering the building.
People with disabilities are served individually.
Phone and e-mail contact is available.
You can enter the building and all the rooms with an assistance dog or a guide dog.
Effective evacuation or rescue for people with special needs is not provided.

Support for people with special needs:
No specialized equipment supporting people tih hearing impairments (e.g. induction loops, FM systems, IR, Bluetooth).
You can enter the building and all the rooms with an assistance dog or a guide dog or a personal assistant.
The condition of the entering the building with an assistant dog or a guide dog is that the dog must be equipped with a harness and the person with a disability must have a certificate confirming the dog's assistance status and proof of the required veterinary vaccinations. The ability to enter the building with a dog does not exempt the person with a disability from responsibility for any damage caused by the dog.
