The Incubator is located within the Economic Activity Zone on the premises of former Zakłady Mechaniczne in Tarnów. The facility is fully renovated and executed using modern technology that meets all the requirements and allows for full access to the utilities necessary to conduct business activity.

The main hall of the Business Incubator has an area of over 8,600 m2 with a modular structure, which enables us to freely divide the floor space into rooms with a surface area being the multiple of 270 m2. The height of the rooms is approx 9 m and floor load bearing capacity is 20 kN/m2. This makes it the perfect place for conducting services and manufacturing activities.

On the northern and southern sides of the main hall, there are two identical administration and welfare units with a total area of 4,500 m2. Thus, entrepreneurs have a possibility to arrange the office space according to their needs.
