The Hero got a ticket to Brussels

Łukasz Śleboda from The Hero received a ticket to a studio trip to Brussels from Roman Ciepiela, the President of Tarnów. Let us remind that the trip was the prize received by the President for the implementation of investment project entitled “Expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów”. When collecting the award, President Ciepiela declared that he would pass it to the first entrepreneur to sign a lease agreement in February concerning a business area at the Business Incubator within the Economic Activity Zone.

- In February the first agreement was signed on 16th February with The Hero. I express my sincere congratulations to Mr Łukasz Śleboda. I believe that the trip will be a good opportunity to rest as well as see how the Western European business models function - says Magdalena Gadecka-Bukało, the President of Tarnowski Klaster Przemysłowy.

The trip is very attractive - the entrepreneur will have an opportunity to visit Brussels, Bruges, Ghent and Ostend as well as see the European Parliament.

The presentation of the ticket took place on 2nd March at the Business Incubator in the headquarters of The Hero. When expressing gratitude for the prize, Łukasz Śleboda, the President of The Hero, also said a few words about his company. – Our company specialises in the creation and distribution of on-line training conducted through an e-learning platform at strefakursow.pl. These are training courses on the wide subject of IT, including the creation of websites, programming languages, the operation of graphics software, video editing and montage, CAD software, 3D creation, animation and Internet marketing. These training courses are addressed to individual users as well as corporations, public institutions and educational facilities.

The company has been operating for more than a year. Among others, many universities from across Poland are its clients, including the Cracow University of Technology, the AGH University of Science and Technology and the Polish Academy of Sciences. The company also cooperates with the “Cities on the Internet” association on the implementation of a project aimed at counteracting digital exclusion.
