Project entitled: “Expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów - stage II” involved comprehensive infrastructure development of this investment area, in master plan described as technical-production-service area with associated landscaping (possibility of modernisation, expansion and construction of transport infrastructure) for economic activation by means of performance of construction works and road works within “Mechaniczne” Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów.
De facto, this project - stage II - is the continuation of the project entitled: “Expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów stage I” implemented by the Commune of the City of Tarnów together with The Tarnow Industrial Cluster J.S.C. in Tarnów, planned for 2009-2013.
Within the meaning of this project, the expansion of “Mechaniczne” EAZ involves comprehensive infrastructure improvement of the areas of this Economic Activity Zone by means of: construction of a public road with associated infrastructure.
This project will be implemented in industrial areas in the western part of the city. This Economic Activity Zone is located near a larger transportation route (national road no. 4 and A4 motorway) and in close proximity to voivodeship road no. 977 (Kwiatkowskiego Street, Czysta Street, Wyszyńskiego Street). The distance to national road no. 73 via Czysta Street, Wyszyńskiego Street and Spokojna Street is approx 6 km.
Owing to the connection of infrastructure created under this project with the areas developed during the implementation of stage I, the area of “Mechaniczne” Economic Activity Zone will be connected with the following streets: Kwiatkowskiego, Mościckiego and Czysta. Those streets directly adhere to this Zone on its northern side.
All intended works will contribute to the consolidation and expansion of “Mechaniczne” Economic Activity Zone and significantly improve investment attractiveness as well as access to the areas of this zone.
The crucial element of works performed under the project entitled: “Expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów - stage II” was the construction of a public road with associated infrastructure.
De facto, this project - stage II - was the continuation of the project entitled: “Expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Tarnów stage I” implemented by the Commune of the City of Tarnów together with The Tarnow Industrial Cluster J.S.C.
